customer. Heidi is the best and represents your company tremendously, a real asset to your customer service department. It was a pleasure dealing with her since she was most helpful!
Burner knob. Perfect fit. It’s the original part and went right on
NO. THIS WAS BOUGHT AS A REPLACEMENT FOR A BRAND NEW TEXAS TRIO, MODEL 3070. OBVIOUSLY MY GRILL ARRIVED DEFECTIVE. THIS WAS NOT MY ONLY COMPLAINT ABOUT MY GRILL. BOTH THE DOORS DO NOT FIT PROPERLY. HUGE DESIGN FLAW VS THE UNIT I REPLACED-THE HEIGHT OF THE CHARCOAL PAN IN THE MAIN CHARCOAL SECTION IS NOT ADJUSTABLE, MAKING IT ABOUT USELESS AS A CHARCOAL GRILL.
Great fix for my breakage. Perfect replacement for a knob I broke. I wish I had ordered all 3 new, though, because you can definitely tell which one is new. Lol
If you have an older version of the Double Play, get 4. It fits and the price is right. BUT it's doesn't match the ones on my grill, no problem though, I just moved it to the side burner. If I have known I would have bought all 4.
