Drawer difficult to install. Could not remove the old one. No online help available.

Flavor Pro Tray Replacement. I was able to get it installed but it was very annoying. There were no instructions. It came with some new screws but I had to reuse several old ones. It was also out of stock for at least 6 months (probably closer to 9) prior to ordering. However, delivery was reasonably fast and the quality of the tray is good, it just needed more hardware, and an instruction manual would have been welcome.

Yes. Well after 2 years of grilling my protective grid in the grill gave out, just ordered the inside part and changed it out, a bit tricky due to no instructions came with it. Trick is , remove the catch basin from the underneath of grill, get a flash light and look inside and up towards the drawer and remove the 2 screws, then move to the front of grill and slide out at a slight angle to get over the 2 tabs that hold the drawer in the grill. There you go.
