char grill grill. i bought this grill a couple years ago and it works great , haven't had any problems with it it still works grear and the sear side works great . its starting to rust but still works great. Very happy with it.

Total fit. I bought this grill two years ago , it came in first place for cooking this winter when we lost electricity.

Perfect starter grill. I have had 2 of these over my lifetime & now saving up for another. Wouldn't purchase a grill if not from CharGriller.

Love this grill. Also have the smoker box with it. 2nd one I've owned. The 2nd grill was the 1st time I smoked a ham for Easter (gave it a Maple Bacon dry rub the night before) and smoked the ham. Was great (also made the best ham sammies afterwards) hamburgers, hotdogs, steaks, boston butts (smoke em and shred it to make bbq. After I shred it-add bbq sauce-put it back on the smoker to Carmelized) Chargriller is my go to grill

Not disappointed. This was actually the first grill my wife bought me years ago and I still put it to use. What makes it truly stand out is the ability to raise and lower the charcoal. This feature brings versatility. I've used this grill to smoke pork shoulders to searing burgers, I highly recommend.

Love a good charcoal grill. We bought this grill five years ago. Thomas prefers to grill rather than cook inside. We love that it uses charcoal. The flavor or meat tastes better than a gas grill. It has stood the test of time. There is no evidence of rust on it. The grates and ash pan lasted the five years. Thomas did replace them this year simply because of their age. We love this grill.

Charcoal grill is discontinued. This grill only last about 2 years before it starts to fall apart. Already had to replace the charcoal pan holder and now it needs to be replaced again. This is no longer available. My husband had to fabricate a new one because prices have gone up and can’t afford a new grill. We BBQ almost every weekend and it is extremely frustrating when we can no longer order parts for our grill. Time to start saving for a new one that won’t fall apart

Our Barrel Grill. We use this grill almost all year long,. even in the winter. My son likes to use this grill for steak, burgers and spedies. We have a shed that if it's raining or snowing we ca get in and continue to cook outside.

50 50 gas charcoal grill. I received a 50 50 grill from my wife several years ago and love the flexibility of having both propane gas and charcoal. I have used the charcoal side for indirect cooking reverse seared pork chops with the peach bourbon glaze and also cooked chicken leg quarters with indirect heat. I bought the side charcoal basket for it as well and that works great. You can use the charcoal side as either direct or indirect and even as a smoker. while I cook meats on the charcoal side I make my sides on the gas side. I use a cast iron smoke pan and make smokey green beans or other vegetables potatoes etc. On night where I don't have a lot of time the gas sde if great for a quick grilling session.

Quality. Had this for a year and it has held up well keeping it well covered and cleaned

My Fantastic Char--Griill BBQ GRILL And Smoker. I recently has to clean and repaint it this past fall cause cancer had forcees me to neglect her. Also got new drip pan for her so she's looking mighty sweet. She's been with me for the last 30 yrs., and she can smoke some sweet, burgers, ribs and steaks if I could afford them. Can't say enough good about her quality construction and ease of use. Great temp control and smoke if that's what you crave. Get you one of their grills. YOU WILL FALL IN LOVE!!!!

Awesome cooking grill!! This my second Char Griller grill! I had the first for about 10 years and only had to replace the grates… sturdy and just what I need for winter grilling in Michigan!!

7 years and still in great shape. I’ve been using this grill for 7 years and I’m quite satisfied. The grates are strong and the coating makes them easy to clean. It’s still in good shape even though I don’t always cover it. It has a door in the front that makes it easier to add fuel without disturbing your food. It’s not really made for regulating at low temps but you can get used to doing that, the door in the front helps that.

Everything I need! $100 at Walmart and it has all the features I need. I wish the charcoal tray could go up a little higher, but with some mods I can probably make that happen.

Great for grill season. I like it so far. If you're serious about grilling, it does take a lot to seal it. The hood took grill gasket and gasket maker to seal. Front door spacing took 2 rows of 1/4" thick gasket to close the gap. After sealing, it heated pretty well and maintains temp adequately for cooking. This is a larger grill so more fuel is needed but you can take care of a larger group with this one. Decent material thickness. Not as thick as their wrangler barrel grill. I do own both, with the offset smoker for that one. Overall the traditional grill was worth what I paid for it when I bought it.

Great product!! I was given this grill a few years ago and I have found that, over the MANY smokes & simple grilling... The Char-Griller line, of which I have had 4, they hold heat very well! I really love the fact that you can go to the char griller website and literally find any part for repairs. .

The perfert charcole grill. I have had my traditional charcoal grill for years. So many, I can't even remember when I bought. I myself love a charcoal grill. It's everything you will need. It has the extensions for setting things on, food, tools or even your beer. You can have small or large lumps of charcoal. Small gathering or large this is the best size grill. I take care of my grill and will have it for many years to come!

The Powerhouse of Charcoal Grills. Looong time user of Char-Griller's traditional charcoal grill here. I have bought only 3 of these in my lifetime of grilling because they last so long. I also have to use more than one grill when it's a lot of people, so I keep extras in good shape. They're well built and hold the heat in. You get great grilling footage for an even cook.

Great Grill But .... Having had a very enjoyable experience with my old charcoal grill for over 15 years, I decide it was time to give it away and purchase a very similar charcoal grill found at Lowes. This product is virtually identical to my old grill EXCEPT this one have a plate with holes to hold the hot coals in place. My old one had a wire grid which allowed the ash to easily drop to the collection tray. This model will require the owner to "squeegee" the ash to force the ash to drop through the holes. VERY INCONVENIENT!!!

I purchased my grill and the side smoke box 4 years ago. It was great for the first 2 summers but last year the grill grates on the side box bent under the heat and the shelf broke inside the main grill. I will be replacing my grill soon and looking for other brands.

Value product. This is my third Chargriller. Purchased because it had ceramic coated grates. No rust and a lot easier to clean. One thing that is lacking is the charcoal tray. I think it should be a gauge or two heavier. The size is perfect for me as I sometimes offset cook. Wide enough that I can build the fire on one end while I cook on the other. Helpful with things that tend to flare up.

Great product. I have had mine for about a year and a half. I have had two of the other Char-griller and loved them. I prefer this style better. I can control the heat easier by raising or lowering the coals. I cook on it regularly and really enjoy it. Char-Griller puts out great products.

Great gill for what it is. It has a lot of surface area for grilling and smoking. By itself, it's a thin gauge grill with heavy grates that have lasted perfectly for over 4 years so far. The upper level shelf is also a good size. I have also added the side smokebox for really great smoking results. If you are looking for a versatile grill that holds a lot of food, this works really well. So far, I've used it for burgers, chicken breasts, turkey breasts, hot dogs, brats, pork shoulder, brisket, pork tenderloin, pork ribs, and an assortment of vegies and even fruits and desserts. All have turned out amazing so for a grill or smoker, it works really well. PROS: Large area, with easy to clean ashpans. Able to add a side smokebox very easily. Top grill grate removes easily for taller pieces like a full turkey, large brisket, or ham. Side tables with hooks. Coal pan that you can raise or lower for the perfect sear / heat control of your grilling coals. Front door for loading more charcoal. Fairly lightweight and very mobile. CONS: Lightweight gauge steel, so heat control isn't 'easy', especially for offset smoking - it takes practice to get good at it. Outside air temperature definitely affects the cooking. Helps to have an insulated blanket for colder weather smoking, and a hot day can cause spikes. The smokestack isn't in the optimal position. Most folks getting into offset smoking have to have patience and learn that offset smoking is much different than using a Weber kettl
