Engineered for efficient workflow, the 3″ splash guards on the back and ends help contain mess, while a 3″ wide front grease trough and removable grease drawer speed end-of-shift cleanup. A stainless steel front, galvanized sides, and 4″ stainless steel legs deliver durability and stability for restaurants, cafeterias, and catering operations. With 120,000 BTU of gas power, this griddle supports consistent throughput on demanding lines.
