Drive faster, cleaner finishing with the Comstock-Castle F36SAL 36-inch gas salamander broiler. Ideal for melting cheese, glazing proteins, and achieving last-minute caramelization, it delivers high-intensity heat in a space-conscious frame for the hot line or prep station.

Optimize workflow with a 28-inch by 13-inch broiler rack mounted on a roll-out tray, making it easy to load and plate during peak service. Three locking rack positions help you manage distance to the heat source for everything from browning casseroles to crisping gratins.

Two separate infra-red burners provide a total of 36,000 BTU for decisive finishing power. A spillage pan aids quick cleanup, while the stainless steel finish supports a professional presentation and durability. NSF compliance helps meet sanitation standards in demanding foodservice operations.
