Boost line throughput with the Comstock-Castle FHP36-36RBB countertop gas charbroiler-warmer combination. A 36″ x 21″ charbroiler cooktop pairs with a 30″ x 18″ pull-out lower warming rack, letting teams grill and hold product in one compact footprint. This space-efficient layout helps keep proteins, vegetables, and sides flowing from grill to pass with fewer steps.

Deliver consistent results with 90,000 BTU of gas power, iron radiants, and three manual controls that let operators fine-tune heat to menu needs. The stainless steel exterior finish stands up to daily use while simplifying cleanup during rushes. Lower rack access speeds staging and order consolidation during peak service.

Designed for countertop installation with a low-profile 36″ W x 28″ D x 15″ H frame, this unit integrates smoothly into existing cooklines. Use the pull-out rack to hold finished items, rest proteins, or keep sides warm while tickets are assembled. A 3/4″ gas connection streamlines hook-up in professional kitchens.
