Drive line efficiency with the Comstock-Castle FHP42-42 countertop gas griddle, built for busy kitchens that demand consistency and throughput. Its expansive 42″ x 21″ cooking surface paired with a 3/4″ thick plate supports high-volume searing, browning, and caramelizing throughout service.

Six manual controls create multiple heat zones so chefs can sear burgers, toast buns, and cook pancakes side-by-side without slowing the rail. With a total of 108,000 BTU, operators can stage, batch, and finish items to match the cadence of breakfast rushes, lunch lines, or short-order stations.

Streamline cleanup and keep prep areas tidy with a 4″ splash guard on the back and ends, a 3-1/2″ front grease trough, and a large removable grease drawer. A stainless steel exterior and sturdy 4″ stainless steel legs support durability and daily sanitation, while NSF and ETL listings help satisfy spec and safety requirements for facilities.
