Racks didn't fit. The racks did not fit. They were not wide enough. The manufacturer is sending a new set but I'm not that convinced they will fit either?

Great deal for the Price. Was looking for a replacement for my wall oven that wasn't outrageously priced. Saw good reviews for the Empava brand and bought one on a whim. Absolutely love the sleek stainless steel look and glass door! Took some guess work to figure out the controls but it was easy to master. Cooks evenly, I have no complaints.

Smaller then it looks but works good. Oven works as described very light weight a little small wasn't real happy with the size it was much smaller then the old 24” oven I took out. It won't work for a big meal or avid cooler but for pizza and small things it's perfect for.

Nice product. Nice features on this oven with no exposed calrod on the bottom, makes it easy to clean. I prefer the simple controls that it has. I like the stainless steel and black coloring. the oven is small though. I couldn't fit a standard cookie sheet. No problem though I don't make cookies lol

Empava Oven 24". This new oven is excellent. It is attractive, functional, easy to operate, and takes up very little space.

Stove timer controls cooking. Stove actually works great, easy to install, but we wish we would have know that in order for the stove to work you absolutely have to use the timer, which also switches off the stove when the timer is done. We are not sure if we like that option; just wanted a stove to heat stuff up. Did not expect a timer to control the entire stove.

This is a neat little oven! OK, so I have owned and used this unit for approximately 4 months. I wanted to use it for a bit so I could give a more full, accurate review.I purchased this oven to replace a gas wall oven I had in my kitchen. I prefer the dry heat that an electric oven offers over the wet heat of gas, much better crispy skin on my chickens and turkeys and easier browning on my baked goods! Since my previous oven was gas I did not have the higher watt/volt electrical outlet that most electric ovens require. To get the special outlet installed would have been difficult, at best, and pretty expensive since my electric box is on the opposite side of the house! So started my search for an oven that would work on a regular 110v outlet. (Not necessarily an easy task!) I was so excited when I discovered the Empava brand of ovens! They have several different models, with different cooking options, to choose from to fit your style. The oven arrived in the scheduled time period (fabulous!), but unfortunately was damaged (not so fabulous!). There was a sizable dent on the back panel that prevented the convection oven fan from operating. I contacted the manufacturer and they responded very promptly, willing to work with me to rectify the situation! Talk about customer service!!! They sent me a new oven cavity right away and I received it about a week later. I was disappointed to see that the replacement also had a dent on the back, in the exact same area as the first. Great looking oven, size is great coming from an older oven - upgrading to this one. #1 Thing to this oven is the timer must be on in order for the oven to stay on. #2 the Heat level gets hot and is even. #3 it's a easy oven to work with because it's the knobs and not digital. # The price is great vs other ovens, And its quality is great for the price.

A COMPACT OVEN BUT NOT CONVECTION. Pleased that this oven fit our Fagor oven which no longer operated properly. It isn't a convection oven but should still do the job. My large microwave is convection so I will be fine.

Good oven, great convection, very even heat. Great little oven. Surprizingly roomy interior and keeps heat well contained. Takes awhile to come to temp, but once it does it maintains it well, nice and even heat. Convection is powerful and it'll really brown/crisp things up nicely...gotta watch that. Learning a new oven takes a minute, but this is a great oven....so far. I've had it a few weeks and have run it through paces, I've done alot of baking in it. It's a good one for a very decent price! I'm not sorry I chose it.

About the ease of the oven. It is easy for the older people that gets confused with digital to use.

Disabled mom can cook again. Its simple with knobs and bo digital. Less things to break down lol . I was able to have it installed waist high since i cant bend down well due to my injury, this lets me cook using something other than a microwave. Its basic which i actually wanted and it works great

Happy with oven so far. The first oven I received was damaged in shipping. Called Home Depot, they immediately gave me a return authorization number and had it picked up at my house. The units looks nice and seems well-built. I just received my oven. The units looks nice and seems well-built. While a large turkey might not fit, the size is actually perfect for most daily baking and cooking. To my surprise, it comes with a built-in rotisserie (I still need to see if the motor has enough torque to turn a full size chicken). I like to emphasize that this is the only gas oven (that I could find) that can be mounted under the countertop (standard 34.5" clearance height counters).The power cord comes out at the bottom rear center whereas the gas connection is at the upper right rear. The user guide states to use ridge pipes, but the unit comes with an adaptor screwed onto the gas pipe that's for soft PEX-type pipes – a bit confusing. Customer support indicated to remove the adaptor and use typical stainless steel range connectors. Shipping was fast direct from vender and the vender has been very responsive to my question via email. The user guide is poorly written, but sufficient. The small front knobs provide great aesthetics, but could be improved to provide better grip.My first impression upon unboxing is that this is a well-designed and well-built unit at a good price. The real questions are with performances. I'm not looking for fancy features; rather, I want a simple, functional, and mostly reliable oven.Update: After using the oven for three holiday gatherings, I'm very satisfied with its performance. My old oven wan't convectional, so I have position to say that convection plays a key role in cooking food evenly and quickly. I had this oven for almost a week so far. Nothing but sanctification. Purchased this oven with a cooktop of the same brand, both of them arrived in good shape without any damage. Installation was fairly easy, taking us about 1hr max to set it up. Crystal tempered glass, shining and stunning, we live with a big family, and now everybody will take their chances to cook their own foods. We would trust this brand, it is joyful to see such a great practical oven in the kitchen and everyone has a smile on their faces.

In Our Budget. This oven is replacing an ancient 1970's yellow double oven in our new home which had broken. We could not afford to replace it with another double oven. When I measured the front of the old broken oven, it measured 24 inches. So I was delighted to find such an affordable and attractive 24 inch oven. And I knew we'd be gaining additional cupboard space, which is always good. However, due to my own ignorance, measuring the front of an existing oven is not the proper way to know what size to buy to replace it. When my very competent appliance guy came to help us install this new oven, he pointed out that I needed a 27 inch oven to fit the space. {insert emotional reaction here} After realizing that the correct size oven would be at least $1000 more, we decided to stick with this pretty little thing. So, as you have already guessed, there was now a gap to the side of the oven that needed to be securely filled. Fast forward to 24 hours later, only an expert (or critical) eye would catch the incongruity. We've been happy with the function of the oven. It's cooked several dinners over past week, and desserts, too. Four tiny notes: the kitchen timer has a charming toy-like "ding" to it, but doesn't continually ring, so if you're not within earshot, you could easily miss this. (However the timer wasn't working on my old oven, so I was already in habit of setting timer on my phone- also I often use my "nose" as a timer- when food smells done, it's often done!) Additiona

I had to get a replacement oven in order to sell my house so I honestly didn't have much experience using it but this oven was surprisingly nice-looking for the price. It also came well packaged with no damage. And from the few test runs worked well. A really good price for a working wall oven!

It only comes with one rack. Not a bad little oven. Bought it for our cottage. Works well. Have had it for almost two years.

Awkward. For a Simple wall oven it was surprisingly awkward to operate, it takes a long time to pre-heat and also wont pre-heat unless the timer is set.

It looks nice - simple and elegant. This is a simple and attractive oven. The controls are basic and simple to use. There are no bells and whistles, just the soft ding of the timer when it reaches zero. I like that it came with two wire racks and a drip pan. It is very heavy - 80 lbs. There is a slight dent in the bottom of the unit but the box wasn't damaged in that area so I assume it happened at the factory. The stainless steel trim around the oven door is a bit warped [not perfectly flat]. At most it's a minor detraction from its overall nice appearance. The enameled interior of the oven has some bumps [blobs] in the finish, but I doubt most people would notice it. I think it is perfect oven for a rental property, a garage "condo, " or for anyone wants a more modern looking kitchen, but who doesn't need an big oven with a lot of frills. It is an okay value. It fits the cabinet we have. The controls function well and the temperature seems accurate.

Works Well. This is a well made oven. I had it professionally installed. It is easy to use and performs well. It is compact but fine for most baking or as a supplement. The temperature is accurate. Included are two baking racks and a broiling pan. It looks sleek and feels sturdy. So far I am satisfied with its quality and performance.

Simple and accurate. I tend to like things that don't break. Knobs usually last decades. Buttons and touch screens...not so much. This is controlled entirely by knobs. The knobs don't feel like they will be breaking anytime soon. That's good for me! I wanted this for the little prep kitchen that's in the pool building. I guess you could call it a kitchenette. The pool building is climate controlled, and my entire extended family lives somewhere on my old farm, so it's rare that nobody is in there. It's currently 5:45am and my wife is swimming laps for her morning workout while it's 9° outside. As soon as my kids and all the little cousins get home from school, it will be filled like it always is. There already was an air fryer in there, but that's only so useful. This lets us (and the kids) make whole meals without going back to the main house. I didn't install this. I own hundreds of houses and have an entire maintenance staff. They installed it. I asked if it was any different from installing any other oven, and all they had to say that it was easy because it's small. So, if you've installed an oven before, you can install this. It is small, obviously. It's a 24" oven. It's not going to fit big baking pans because it's just not the right size for that. To let all know that this is the third one, the first 2 were damaged by UPS, this one has a small damage on the bottom, but installed it because the next one could be worst, after 2 bad ones from careless handling, also I witnessed how they handle this one, they should do better.

Nice compact oven. There are a lot of things I like about this little oven, and a few things I don't. Let's talk about the pros and cons... Pros: Build quality - it's very well made. No complaints here at all. Aesthetics - high marks here, as well. It's a very clean, modern look. Performance - almost 3, 000 watts in a 2.5 cubic foot space means it heats quickly. Size - it's nice and compact for smaller spaces. Temperature range - it goes all the way down to 50, and somewhere in between 50 and 150 you should be able to find a good "proofing temp". Low-temp "keep warm" is an awesome feature to have. Cons: Analog temperature control lacks precision - I recommend using a digital thermometer to "calibrate" your oven and see exactly how hot or cold it runs compared to the temperature you have it set at. Top-only heating element with no convection - works GREAT as a broiler. Stick to the lower rack positions unless broiling is your goal. In all, it's a solid little oven, I just wish it had a top and bottom heating elements, or alternatively a convection fan. For what it is, though, it's a solid choice at a great price.
