Awesome PETG. Flashforge metallic HS PETG is quickly becoming one of my go to favorite filaments for projects. This stuff prints like a dream and layer lines are practically non-existent. I used their metallic purple and metallic silver for this desktop mini tool box and I love it.

Great filament at a great price. I printed a Kiwicleaner in Burnt Titanium. I was thinking it might approximate the color of heat blued steel and it is reasonably close. I was fairly inexperienced with 3d printing when I started the project and was using a Neptune 4 so any mistake on my part would not be covered up by the printer. I did make a few mistakes but my choice to use this filament was definitely not a mistake. This newbie pulled off pieces of various complexity (I saved the most difficult ones for last so I'd have more experience) on a bed slinger and the filament did what it was supposed to do, every time, without a hiccup. I used about 1.5 kg in about 100 hours of printing time, that's enough to know that I enjoy the hobby and will stick with it, which justified a new core XY printer and an inventory of additional filament including more colors of Flashforge PETG and a couple rolls of ABS.

My favorite filament. This filament is an excellent choice for parts that require a lot of strength and outdoor usage. Although PETG is supposed to be fussy, I have not experienced any issues when using Flashforge’s version. The prints are clean, smooth, and strong.
