Jackery Solar Generator 1000 Plus

Excellent quality rapid delivery. Functional but slow solar charging. Less than 2 hours to charge with household outlet. I bought 2 extra 1000 batteries for extended use. Purpose is to run cpap unit in outage. Got approximately 3 days with all features including heated tube and humidifier tank on main unit Explorer 1000 plus battery.

Easy to use. Quiet running. Variety of options to charge and expand. Gives me peace of mind!

Jackery Solar Generator 1000 Plus

Went from Bliss to Bust in 6 months-. When I first got this, I was really excited. It was easy to use, and in April during a power outage it worked great — it kept my internet and TV running with no issues. However, when a snowstorm was coming in, the unit would not charge at all. It kept giving an F0 error code. I tried following the very limited instructions provided, including resetting it, but nothing worked. I then contacted customer service. The support was overseas, and all they did was repeatedly ask for information. I sent the requested information multiple times and never received a response. I called and emailed over and over, and it was the same frustrating cycle every time — no real help at all. Because of this, I wasn’t able to use the unit during the storm when I needed it most. Honestly, this was extremely disappointing. I bought a Westinghouse unit at the same time for home backup, and it worked perfectly. The Jackey was supposed to be my portable backup since I lose power often, but it failed when it mattered. Love the solar panels they work great the battery (extra one is fully charged but wont work with the Brains). I wish now I just went ahead and got the Generic home unit, but I bought the separate devices to use it in the RV. Just read the Yelp reviews before buying, seem like they went downhill since August of 2025. Finding cheap labor is going to cause them to fail. because I will tell everyone and post every time, I see a ad. to save Hard working

1000 plus kit. Great tec service. Fast shipping. Love it's from america.

Jackery Solar Generator 1000 Plus

"It's worth its weight in gold!" It does everything that Jackery promises. It was delivered 1 week before we had a storm. The timing was impeccable....

so far so good. I haven't had a test in HEAT as yet ...but on the one sunny day i sawhow great the doar set up works to recharge the Jackery1000Plus unit that I purchased. Ihave it keeping a IceCoG20 FREEZER full of CARNIVORE DIET OPTIONS 🥩🧈🥓‼️ 👍‼️💜

Jackery Solar Generator 1000 Plus

Nicely designed and constructed. The ability to turn off Battery Saver Mode made ALL the difference for me. Im able to use a load that is not on all the time!

Not giving five stars, as I have not had to use this in an emergency situation. But, it charges well & holds the charge, not too heavy, & solar panels are slightly less bulky than I thought they’d be. Will be testing my nebulizer soon & will update review.

Jackery 1000 Plus. I have only used it for testing my setup but it certainly has met my initial samples.

Great product

Jackery 1000 plus. Everything arrived in good shape. I tried out the solar charging set up and this time of year when the sun is low in the horizon it was a challenge to charge the unit. On the plus side I used the unit to power the frig to see how long it would last just powering the frig. I found that it will power my frog for 21 hours. Better than I thought. I have purchased the extra battery unit to extend the time. The great customer service via email has been weak in delayed responses and in the last case no response at all.

Wonderful Product.

Bought a second one. Happy with the first one we bought a second one so there is always one charged. Highly recommended after 3 large hurricanes in the last 2 years….

Definitely get this. Me 2nd Jackery and love it.

Over Achiever. When I got this I thought I'd put it to the test and plug in my refrigerator at 350w. At this wattage, Jackery's estimation was just under three hours. Plugged in my refrigerator at 7:30 a.m., pulled the plug at 7:30 p.m. with 59% battery life left........and I can add 2 more battery packs to this system. Incredibly happy with my purchase

Need light. Cant see front of unit in the dark Reflect some light from existing light to front panel

My 2nd one (still use both). These work perfect as well as the solar panels help charge so fast. Customer service is top notch as well.

Satisfied. Well packaged, charged up successfully. Haven’t had a chance to use it otherwise

CAMPING AND HOME BACKUP. My son has been pushing me to buy one to run the heating stove, fridge and a few lights when there is an electrical failure here in the mountains. Bought the 1000 plus during the Black Friday sale but have only been able to play with it so far. It seems like it will fill the bill, if I don't have electrical issues, I'll use it for camping. The solar panels require more practice to get the aim just right. I had hoped to just set them in the window, but that didn't work. It did run the fridge, heating stove (2 fans), tv, 2 lights, satellite dish and computer for several hours and had plenty of charge left that I feel it will take care of my needs during an outage.

Jackery 1000 Plus Solar Generator, Panels and Roam Kit. So far so good. I do have a question, but I haven't had time to look it up and see if there is an answer. Otherwise I'm happy. I got the two Solar Panels, but I don't intend to install them until next Spring. Too cold right now. I'm using the 10000 P;us in my 2021 Nissan NV 200 SV to run a SetPower ST35 Fridge and charge Batteries and things for my Cameras.

First Jackery. It took awhile but I recieved everything but the cable to connect the solar panel. Still waiting on that. Have used it a couple times. Purchased it as a back up while living in my RV. Without the solar cable it will be hard to charge when electric is out.

Jackery 3000 Pro. We just received the Jackery 3000 pro I turned it on and went through the manual to make sure all the connections and plugs were providing power. The manual answered all the questions and help me hook it up to Bluetooth. It’s great to have peace of mind that when my power goes out because it always does, I won’t be stranded with no power.

Just getting ready for spring camping. I charged up the jackery in a little more than an hour to 100%. I plugged in my new 12 volt frig to see how much energy it would take. After 12 hours the Jackery was still at 95%. I am very pleased and believe this will make travel and camping so much easier and more enjoyable.

Less stress if we lose power. Now that I have a power source for technical devices, small appliances, and even my refrigerator, power losses in the future will be much less stressful. Haven't needed my Jackery yet, but it was easy to charge up, easy to use, and very compact for the power.

Great device. Have tested this with my refrigerator, then my freezers. One device at a time to test how long each device would run with a fully charged battery. It was better than I expected. I am very pleased to have spent the money for this backup device

Jackery Solar Generator 1000 Plus

Awesome piece of technology. This is an awesome piece of technology! It's flexible and capable. It opens up a lot of doors in terms of what you can accomplish and it's intuitive to set up. I'm really excited to stretch its legs. Thanks for a great product.

Great Product! In love with this product, and really grateful to own one. There were several scratches on the panels when I unboxed, which is probably not great, but hopefully there will be no problems. Thanks again.

Jackery Solar Generator 1000 Plus

Fantastic! Works so well in a small quiet light package.

1000 plus. Good- It's cheaper, lighter, more storage, and has more efficient panels than another brand we have. The display showing wattage and direct USB port off the panels are awesome. Bad- the panel handles feel a little flimsy but maybe that's because they're light weight/ easier to carry, and we wish the USB port off the solar panel was directly on the panel instead of through the cord. Small complaints. Still really cool you don't need the generator Overall, were really happy and would buy it again.

1000 plus review. What a outstanding product, from the way it was shipped to the quality of manufacturing, outstanding!!! Quality through and through. Chargers up and ready for power outage, Thank you Jackery for a great product. Scott Field

new to jackery. so far works ok, ran toaster oven and solar charged it

Peace of mind. I was so excited to get my solar generator. I love the design and ease of use. The solar panels are even more security. When you have a family member on oxygen, knowing you have a power backup with solar power is so wonderful.

Awesome. Easy to use. Compact enough for travel while providing basic power backup during outages. Fast charging. Intuitive controls. Solar panels fold in half and hold with magnets. They are thin enough to be stored behind a couch or dresser when not in use. Attaching the solar is easy. Two way power is very convenient for camp use during the day when running solar but still using power. Since all controls/plugs are exposed, no cover panels or flaps, I will be getting a storage bag to help keep it clean.

Jackery Solar Generator 1000 Plus

Impressed so far. I haven’t really been able to use it yet. I am impressed with the packaging the Jackery and solar panels were delivered in. I have completely charged the unit from a wall outlet and it went with no hitches and quick. Seems to be quality material. I will say the app was a little more effort to get to work.

Explorer 1000 Plus. Shipping, packaging and quality! Exactly what you would expect from these guys! Really excited about my purchase, can't wait to put it to use out on the road and on weekends outside. I already ordered a expansion battery for my explorer to increase my power.. just in case. Thank you Jackery for an amazing product! Shaun W. NC-USA

Jackery Solar 1000 Plus. Directions we're easy to follow. I charged the unit to 100%. That’s all I have to report at this time.

I Love my Jackery 1000 Plus. My Jackery 1000 Plus does exactly what it is advertised to do. I use it for camping and love that I can add battery Packs, solar Charging is in acceptable range. Perfect for what I need it for.

Jackery Solar Generator 1000 Plus

Delivered , quickly. It's nice to know I have the Best Power Bank if or When the Power goes out. Thank You Jackery !

The best product. The best customer service. It has been so easy to order, track the shipping, ask questions through my email, and to send back a duplicate item I'd mistakenly ordered. Really, Jackery has been great.

Such a Piece of Mind to have a Power Backup System. So relieved to now have a power backup system, just in case. Living in Las Vegas and watching Clifornia weaken the power grid I wanted to have a power back up system that can be solar powered in case the grid failed. With the Explore 1000 Plus with extra power packs I am much more confiortable now.

Love your product. I got this in one week before the last hurricane here in Florida. I got the 1000+ and one extra battery. I’ve got a gas generator. I never got. I never got the gas generator out I had to jackery and the extra battery charged up 100% after the power went out. I waited 24 hours and I plugged two refrigerators in for two or three hours each unplugged them That I plugged them in for another couple hours unplugged the next day I put my coffee pot on electric pot. Had 2 or 3 cups of coffee plugged back in or back in the refrigerators into the Jackery in couple hours unplugged it six hours later I did it again the day my power hadn’t been on yet was like 9 in the morning so I plugged in refrigerators again let it go for a couple hours unplugged them. I still had 36% after all this , and then the power came back on so I shut them down then plugged them into the electric. It came back on about an hour after it came back on and it only took a couple hours for everything to charge back up to 100% I never did use the solar panels. I never took them out of the box . Yet they do a really good job. I’m happy with them. Only thing I could see me doing now is buying one more extra battery. I don’t know of anything I could tell you to make it any better or not probably the only thing is when your directions on how to put everything together, I looked at the picture and went by the picture, but I couldn’t get the extra battery to charge up right away so I ended up unplugging

Haven’t used it yet. I haven’t used it yet but bought this one as an addition to another. The other one works great and I wanted a little additional capability to move connections about my house.

Well made very nice looking all the cables are made very well

Jackery Solar Generator 1000 Plus

Product is great! Charges super fast from an outlet and is very easy to use. Haven’t used it long enough to know how long it’ll stay charged, but so far so good.

Jackery Solar Generator 1000 Plus

Great Service, Great Product But... Love the product and the interaction with the help desk was timely, useful, friendly, and equatible. The battery and solar panels work better than I expected for out application. The only issue was having to call because the right angle connectors attached to the solar panel are not for and do not work with the panel model shipped in the kit. Without a label, we used them and solar charging did not work. Had to call to find out the right angle connectors were adapters for a different panel model. A simple tag or label on the right angle connector would solve this problem.

Love our new Jackery. Bought it to use if power goes out so we could continue working from home. Got the 1500 with an extra battery and it ran all day, only got down to 50%. It ran two monitors, laptop and printer.

Good product but…. It doesnt seem to be fully thought through. If you plug the extension battery in, the main unit doesnt show the combined capacity. This might not be a big deal for most, but if the unit is built into a car where you can see only the main display, this really sucks. Second thing I have my issues with is the power drain from the 110v plugs in idle. The unit uses 1kw in 24hrs just for the transformation. The bigger ones do drain less power than the 1000plus although they hav a higher output. ☹️ Lastly I wanna say the system with extension cables and splitter to plug in two or more panels is money making imho. If all the plugs would have the DC8020 ä, you could easily use one extension cord and put the splitter close to the panels. But not like this; you need to buy an extension for each panel you wanna use if the powerstation is further away (again the car thing). This is the bad. The good is, the units work really well and also the two separate charging inputs are great to have. In my example I can charge while driving over the 12v plug AND over the panel on my roof. Really really well thought out! Would I buy it again? I‘d say yes because although the above mentioned, it is one of the best products on the market and this is me saying it as a previous ecoflow user.

Ge erator wow. The solar generator coupled with two 100w pannels is a game changer for us as we can charge all our stuff and recharge when we are driving or solar panels of needed at camp.

Can’t wait to use these when I want to and have the ability to use them when needed.

Great product and great packaging.

used the Jackery for not even a month and all of a sudden won’t charge or turn on no matter how long it’s plugged in for… Now we’re stuck without power off grid so that’s great.

Peace of mind. Being a single female, The Jackery is the most reliable, cleanest and easiest source of energy when you are really dependent upon it. Love this solar generator!y Easy set up, minimal storage and sweet AC when we have no

Great product! Charges everything in a quick. Very happy and highly recommend.

Jackery 1000 Plus. Jackery has the best customer service! I sent an email to customer support because I forgot to put my Apartment number in the address. They responded right away and intercepted my package. I sent several emails and they responded quickly. I tested my Jackery and it works as stated in the advertisement. I bought it as a backup because I live in an apartment. It fits my needs. I will eventually order a battery extension so that I can power more things. I like that it is light enough for me to carry! I highly recommend Jackery!

Jackery Solar Generator 1000 Plus

Drone fuel! I just bought a DJI FPV drone on Amazon prime day, and I needed a power supply that can let me fly all day. The JACKERY solar 1000 plus with two 100w solar panels, let me do so. I very satisfied with my purchase and will buy more In The future.

Nice size for my needs. Pleasantly surprised by the size and weight of my new Jackery! After reading through the booklet, I turned it on, got familiar with the buttons and lights, and plugged it in to get it up to a full charge. I feel more secure that when I need it, it'll be there for me!

Ultimate portable power. Great performance, multiple configurations, unlimited possibilities… perfect for daily use or occasional. We use a few different models 1000 plus, 300, and 100 along with the solar saga 100 panels for powering our RV when camping as well as occasional power outages at home and other random tasks … no complaints!!

I thought I was getting a jackery 100 also but was told I was to late for that promo. So I won't be shopping any more

Great product. Hope I don’t have to use it during the hurricane this weekend

Great item. I’m hoping my electricity will come down on price.

Great item for overlanding, just as it’s promoted and used by social media. Fast, efficient power.

Perfect

Jackery Solar Generator 1000 Plus

Love the Jackery, hate the solar panels

Explorer 100 Plus = good bang for your bucks. I am new to solar generators but the Jackery was easy to setup and put into operation. Runs the basics I need, i.e. accesories charging, light & fan with power to spare. Love it!

Solid equipment. We've had the unit for while now and absolutely love how rugged it is. The solar panels work great, and the peace of mind of knowing we have a battery backup for all our devices and some appliances is awesome.

Great to have on hand for emergencies. Charged up quick with the solar panels.

Solar charging? A very well made, well thought out generator for small emergencies. My ONLY issue is it's very difficult to tell if the solar panels are actually charging the battery. You can easily tell when it's recharging from being plugged in.

The generator is wonderful but the solar panels are not the ones they showed when I placed my order very disappointed

Love it. Am not able to get a generator and this will run a tower fan and occasionally a tv to get news. Very satisfied

Great for multiple things. Excellent quality.

Jackery Solar Generator 1000 Plus

Love the power it adds. Now camping will truly be carefree

The jacqueary is a good product.I wish they would have. The solar panels have longer wires, Otherwise, it lives up to what it says it.Also it runs to microwave in a five thousand b t u air conditioner with no problems further. The breach outside

First time buyer. Am very happy with the 1000 plus, fast shipping and cheaper than Amazon buying direct from Jackery

Impressive Specifications. I believe, if/when a need for emergency backup power happens, Jackery 1000 plus is an excellent choice to survive a power outage.

I’m very impressed with this product.

Jackery Solar Generator 1000 Plus

Very nice portable generator!.

Working great so far. It is heavy being what is is. I will need to find an alternative to lugging it around.

Amazing product for camping or sporting events

Excellent product

Great Portable Power. Looking for a portable power source to take with us while van camping, we needed something that could support larger power sucks such as an electric kettle for heating up water for coffee and tea, and this thing does the trick. Not only great for appliances that require more than 1000w, it's also great for smaller needs. We recently took it with us on a trip and used it for an electric blanket to get through the cold nights. Each night, after about 4 hours of use, it still had more than 50% power remaining. And since it has quick charging, we can get it back up to 100% within 2 hrs, and have the option to use our solar panels (which we haven't tried yet). Overall, we are satisfied with our Jackery and plan to put it to more use soon. I'd recommend before you buy any of their products, look at what things you plan to use it for and how much power you need. Smaller appliances should have no problem with something rated for 1000w or less, but things that generate heat and require more than 1000w will require a larger power supply. Those will cost more, but they'll give you what you need and you'll be happy you invested a little extra.

Great Company To Buy From. Sale price was awesome and the complete package is excellent. Items were promptly shipped and quickly received. The only tests I have done is to run a 55" TV, small chest freezer and vacuum cleaner. These all worked fine. I charged a 40 volt weed whacker and a cell phone and the results were perfect. I like the fact that I can add additional batteries for more power in the future. {I cannot rate the Fed EX shipping very highly as it's a miracle that the items were received undamaged. I did learn that the only thing I would ever ship via Fed Ex would be a brick inside a Kevlar box. All boxes had some damage and the box with the carrying case was totally destroyed when received. When the driver delivered the power station he actually dropped it onto the concrete floor of my front door porch and it was so loud that I heard it even though I was in my garage with the doors closed.}

Great product and great customer service. Looking forward to adding more products to my inventory

Practical Power. This easily met my initial requirements. Easy to set up. The I nitial. charging was very smooth. Looking forward to using the solar charge feature. My backup for my cpap equipment and more In the future.

A second look. My initial review focused on the online coupons - I was disappointed that they were not stackable during the checkout. That said, the 1000 Plus Solar generator package arrived and I've had a chance to test the unit + solar panels and they work well. I now have the 1000 Plus and a smaller Explorer 290. The Jackery solar panels are compatible with both. Even better, a 3rd solar panel from a different company is compatible - with an inexpensive adapter. Jackery's customer service has been excellent in terms of responding to my questions.
