Kamado Joe KJ-DFT23 – Dual Function Top Vent

Awesome Kamado Joe Chimney. Awesome chimney for the Kamado Joe. The old one had the slider, but got so sticky it would not open. This one does not have that issue. The only drawback is this on does not keep the rain out.

Top Vent Installation Instructions Needed. I love the look of it. Please send me instructions on how to change out the top. Additionally do I need new velcro tape for install.

Received the same cap. This product is just ok, it has its flaws. The cap has a tendency to readjust itself when you open the the Kamado lid, when closing the lid you need to reset the daisy wheel again to its original position. I ordered the newer dual vent cap, and I received the exact same daisy wheel vent cap. Waiting for the correct vent cap to arrive.
