The Traulsen TBC5-54 undercounter blast chiller features touch screen control and self-contained refrigeration. Its 9.2 cu. ft. cabinet chills up to 100 lb from 160°F to 40°F in 180 minutes and offers four chill settings. The interior accommodates either five 18″ x 26″ pans or ten 12″ x 20″ x 2-1/2″ pans. Operation is supported by three removable food probes, a USB port, and auto defrost. Construction includes a stainless steel interior and a stainless steel exterior sides, front, back, and bullnose top with 6″ casters. The unit uses non-flammable R-448A refrigerant and 3/4 HP, and it is cETLus and NSF listed.
