Almost every Kamado Joe accessory is sold in a Classic Joe size (18 inch) and a Big Joe size (24 inch). Joe Jr owners have a shorter list (cover, draft door, ash tool, heat deflector, parts) and no Divide & Conquer surfaces, SlōRoller or JoeTisserie on the pages we checked.
Series matters too. Kamado Joe’s Classic Joe III page lists the 3-tier Divide & Conquer system, the SlōRoller hyperbolic insert and a stainless steel charcoal basket as included. Kamado Joe cover: full length or dome only
A cover protects the grill and its hardware between cooks. There are two styles:
- Heavy-Duty Grill Cover. Full length, for grills on a cart or stand. Kamado Joe calls it waterproof, windproof and snowproof. The Classic Joe Heavy-Duty Grill Cover is $99.99; the Big Joe size is $129.99. Kamado Joe says the Classic size also fits the Konnected Joe, Pellet Joe and Large Big Green Egg.
- Dome Cover. Kamado Joe calls this one “dome-length to cover built-in grills,” so it is the right pick if your grill sits in an island. The Classic Joe Dome Cover is $49.99 and the Big Joe size is $79.99.

Kamado Joe ash drawer
Kamado Joe lists the patented ash drawer on its Series I and II grill pages, and the drawer’s own fit list includes Series III Classic Joe model numbers, so most owners already have one. Buy the Slide-Out Ash Drawer for Classic Joe ($49.99) or the Big Joe version ($56.99) as a replacement, matching your grill’s model number to the list on the listing.

Is the Kamado Joe SlōRoller worth it?
It depends on your series. There are two SlōRoller products:
- SlōRoller with Rack, Classic Joe ($299.99; Big Joe $349.99). Kamado Joe’s page says it includes the hyperbolic smoke chamber and a new rack “for use in Series I & II grills (cooking grates not included).” You remove the Divide & Conquer rack and drop this in with your current grates. Kamado Joe says it is engineered to slow cook at 150 to 300°F.
- SlōRoller Hyperbolic Chamber, Classic Joe ($161.99; Big Joe $267.99). Kamado Joe lists this for Classic Joe Series III and Big Joe Series III grills only. Series III grills already include a SlōRoller, so this is a replacement.
Is it worth it? If you own a Series I or II and smoke often, the SlōRoller with Rack is the most direct way to get the smoking feature that separates Series III. If you mostly grill and sear, skip it. Our math: on a Classic, $299.99 is half of the $600 standalone price step from Series II to III, so it is a sensible retrofit.
Kamado Joe Divide and Conquer surfaces
The rack comes with every Classic Joe and Big Joe; replacements run $62.99 to $99.99 by size and series (grates not included). The upgrade is what you put on it, since half-moon surfaces let you cook two ways at once:
- Half Moon Cast Iron Reversible Griddle, Classic Joe ($89.99; Big Joe $99.99): one smooth side, one ribbed, for use with Divide & Conquer.
- Half-Moon Soapstone ($139.99 Classic, $179.99 Big Joe) for fish and delicate foods.
- Half-Moon Deflector Plates, set of 2 ($79.99 Classic, $99.99 Big Joe) for indirect zones.
Kamado Joe pizza stone and JoeTisserie
The Ceramic Pizza Stone, Classic Joe is $79.99 (Big Joe $99.99). The JoeTisserie for Classic Joe ($349.99; Big Joe $399.99) turns the grill into a rotisserie. Kamado Joe lists a 120V motor and up to 50 pounds of meat, with the Classic size fitting Classic Joe series and Konnected Joe. You will need an outdoor outlet.
Cleaning and maintenance
- Ash tool ($24.99 Classic, $31.99 Big Joe, $24.99 Joe Jr). Kamado Joe lists an ash tool with its Series I, II and III grills, so this is a replacement.
- Stainless Steel Charcoal Basket ($149.99 Classic, $229.99 Big Joe). Separates leftover charcoal from ash. Included with Series III; not compatible with Konnected Joe models.
- Gaskets. Gaskets are a wear part. The Wire Mesh Gasket Kit for Series II and III, Classic Joe is $112.99 (Big Joe $124.99). Series I grills use the Series I Gasket Kit ($31.99 Classic, $24.99 Big Joe).
