The step-up layout helps organize active stations and improves visibility across the top.

Two 26-1/2″ wide ovens with enamel and aluminized linings handle roasting, finishing, and baking during peak service. Each oven includes one rack with three rack positions, making it easy to stage sheet pans, braising pans, or hotel pans for batch production.
