The Comstock-Castle GF120-N natural gas, value series floor model fryer pairs a compact 15-1/2-inch width with a 50 lb fat capacity to maximize output in tight cooklines. Its tube type design concentrates heat where it’s needed, supporting consistent results across repeated batches.

Operators gain precise control via a snap action thermostat, while a standing pilot keeps the fryer ready between orders. A stainless steel fry tank and door with galvanized sides stand up to daily use, and 6-inch stainless steel legs provide a stable, cleanable stance.

With 120,000 BTU of natural gas power, the GF120-N tackles fries, wings, and breaded proteins during peak service in restaurants, cafeterias, and ghost kitchens. cETLus and ETL listings support code compliance in professional environments.
