Explorer 5000. Its a great way to offset some of the electric bill using solar they made it extremely easy to set up and get running.

Great Customer Service. Cable feels durable but it failed on us last trip to Carmel/Monterey. Jackery sent us a replacement fast. Thank you!

5000. I love my 5000, however once I hooked it up to the Jackery smart switch, it drains the 5000 every day. Kind of defeats the purpose of the backup battery. I’ve worked with customer service for weeks and can’t there doesn’t seem to be a fix. I still like the unit, it powers my house. But, now I leave it unplugged from the smart switch.

Like the cables not the length. I like the cables. However I wish they were longer or come in different sizes as 10’ is too small for the distance of my jakery 5000 to were I have to deploy my solar panels.

I like the fact that it rolls, i would never be able to lift it ! I am ready for hurricane season now, nice to not have to worry about our food thawing out

The cables are easy to use and make secure connections. I recommend them for anyone who needs this type of connection to extend distance between the system and solar panels.

Solar Saga 500 Panels. Update 2/6/26: Well Team Jackery came through! They very patiently explained my solar panel options and I am confident that I will get the performance that I want and expect. Kudos to the Jackery Tech Support people who worked tirelessly with me. Original post: I have had the most difficult time with receiving help on my SS500 panels. My original intent was to mount them on the roof but when I called to see if there was a preferred mounting system I was told I would invalidate my warranty if I mounted them on the roof. It was suggested I stake them on the ground and bring them in when bad weather was coming. I live in Louisiana out in the middle of a pine forest. If I leave those on the ground creatures I don’t like will move in. I finally unboxed one of the boxes of panels and looking over the manual they show mounting the panels on a patio wall or on top a carport roof. I was directed to look at another Jackery solar panel something 100 which I was told is better suited for weather but the stars match up with the SS500. Besides I have purchased the SS500 why do I need to buy another set of panels. So I requested that the agent escalate my ticket to next level support….i have not heard from anyone. So this call is not as stellar as my other ones have been with Jackery.

Exact cable for the job. The Anderson cable is exactly what I needed to extend the solar panels further away. This comes in handy when you need to charge but the solar generator has been moved to power up something. The quality is too notch.

5* Customer service. Excellent and quick customer service. I ordered the wrong item and tried to cancel it, but it had already shipped. While researching Jackery’s return policy, I received a return label without even asking for it. During the last PSPS (Public Safety Power Shutoff) in SoCal, my new order, the Jackery Explorer 5000 Plus, proved to be a great backup system. I love my new Jackery, which is replacing a dual fuel generator and smaller battery backups.

100watt solar pans x2. Very good Quality for sure will buy extra ones to add to my trailer. My trailer has these on it and they do so well but may want to get some better o rings for the screws cause I had to use caulk cause it leaked in the trailer

Problem Solved. I am having to have my 6 100W Prime panels 80 ft to my generator. By using the Andersen connector, I am able to push everything down one 10AWG cable.

Couldn't ask for better. I am a senior and after being without power because of Hurricane Helene, I started researching generators to power the important parts of my home. I purchased the 2000 plus and two extra batteries. I am so pleased with how it all came together, how powerful yet space saving it is. Also when I had a question, customer service was very quick to respond. I couldn't have asked for better.
