Jackery Explorer 1000 Portable Power Station

I really like the design and the features. I think they should add wireless charging at the top . Add an cover to the Dc part to keep dust and dirt out of it. Add a feature in the app to turn the Jackery 1000v2 Off /On . Because you physically have to touch it to power it off completely. I think its well balanced , But please add more features to the (app )… They should add different features like Ai voice control … Its amazing power source to support a household and/or for outdoor usage..

I absolutely love it. I bought this specifically to run my highbanker outdoors in the creek and its super light and plenty of power for the whole day even without hooking up the solar. Later in the year I will be adding to my collection im sure.

To many boot-lip niggers tried to steal it

Great battery !!!

I have a Eco Worthy 100 watt solar panel and ordered the proper charging cable. It will not charge. I am afraid to order a Jackery solar panel and have the same problem.

I used this product as the power source for a sound system at an outdoor event and it worked great. This product is very well designed I love the electronic display that shows in real time the "input power" (when charging) and the "output power" (when being used). I would recommend this to anyone.

I absolutely love this thing! It does everything I had hoped for. The only improvement I would make is to add another 12vdc output for my golf cart mods.

Have only used once and that was without panels but it worked great!

Its the second one I have and they are perfect for camping or when the power goes out

Bought this battery to fuel my husbands CPAP while camping. It provided for over 3 nights of great sleep. It also charged our phones and blew up an air mattress with no problem. It’s not light weight but it’s reliable and easy to use. Definitely worth the investment!

So far...amazing. It is like having a portable generator without having to fill it with gas!

We purchased it primarily for camping and it worked great. The battery life was good for us. We ran an air fryer on it for our 4yr old's meals. It feels well built. We're really happy with it.

My Jackery is quality so far. I can pack it from room to room It is a little heavy but not too heavy. I don't know if I would risk charging it with my car battery since if you do it wrong you could fry your electronics That's a little scary to risk. Charged my large French door refrigerator for 2 hours and it used up 40% of the battery. I think that's pretty good. I only plan on using this jackery for short-term power outages so that we don't have to get the noisey large gas operated generator out and run all the extension cords. The Jackery 1000 V2 should do the job. I will have a fan and a TV and a refrigerator for probably about 4 hours or so. I couldn't get a second one and extend that time greatly or I could go up to the next size and let that run the refrigerator for several hours and use the 1000 V2 in my bedroom or living room.

Jackery Explorer 1000 Portable Power Station

This is awesome ran cameras and phone chargers and filled up a mattress a few times and only went to 80%. It would be nice if the solar panel was a little cheaper.

I just purchased this a few weeks ago and decided I take it on a one month trip in the RV. About the third RV park that we got to I had no power for four days. This Jackery saved our whole trip. We were able to charge our phones And the big thing was it ran our coffee pot. We were not allowed to run a generator but 8 AM to 8 PM so I usually get up early and I was able to make coffee at 6:30 in the morning because I had this solar charger with me. Also on the whole trip I keep it inside the truck and I run a portable refrigerator freezer with it. I love it highly recommend it.Jack

I have bought a couple Jackery power banks for my NIV/Ventilator to use during lightening storms and power outages. These power banks are reliable, excellent quality and have safety features that protect my Vent. Highly recommend this product.

I purchased this for an upcoming camping trip. Would be my first since being diagnosed with sleep apnea. Not sure if we’ll have access to electricity and didn’t want to listen to a generator run. Tested at home and used 28% of the battery to run my CPAP machine for 8 hours

My kids have similar power stations.I looked the internet and found this a better brand and a better price!! I needed a station for my electric recliner to get out of during a storm ( I am always stuck in up position). This station will let me out- allow me to use recliner-ipad and fan at same time! Love it! Will probably buy another!!

I'm so excited I own this during the hurricane season in Florida. Everything works as expected, including the panels. Make sure to read the manuals before using.

Jackery Explorer 1000 Portable Power Station

This was exactly what we needed for camping off the grid! And the customer service was outstanding. Thank you Jackery

Price Reduction. I notified the company that the price had dropped since I purchased my unit a few weeks before and they immediately gave me a refund on the difference. Great customer service. However I can't comment on the unit itself since I haven't used it yet but I'm looking forward to it. Five Stars for caring about your customers.

Impressive. Positives: Detailed descriptions/positive reviews to help decide ‘this is the one’. American Made Power potential as backup for critical items during ever more frequent power outages from electrical company! Price during sale! Ability to add more batteries. Details on panel to see remaining W hrs. and what W is being used when charging device(s). Recommendation: Switch to having solar panels made in USA.

Jackery 1000. Very happy with the purchase. Super easy to use and the recharge rate is great. This is a new purchase for me so this is an initial review. Shipping was timely, package arrived in good shape. Very please so far with this purchase. Looking to purchase a bit larger unit in the near future for another use remotely.

I bought this for camping out and it’s perfect for what i need it for. Its also really simple to use for someone who has never bought a portable generator before, like me!

Love it. It’s early , I’ve only used it a couple of times , but it worked great. Kept my refrigerated cooler going for 48 hrs on my camping trips.

jackery1000. great

Good product. Very light and plenty powerful, easy charging systems, solar and ac.

Jackery Explorer 1000 Portable Power Station

Solar SAGA 100. Everything is good here since I received three different answers to a question about what is the difference between the three solar saga 100s. I think your help desk may need some help. Sorry to say that. But I got three different answers. I finally ordered the Prime as they said that it was the only one at the time. Maybe Margarit got frustrated with me but I was getting there too. Sorry Margaret!!! I hope what I have coming will match the two different ones that I have. We love your products.

Jackery Explorer 1000 Portable Power Station

Jackery 1000v2. Quick service, quality product, easy to use! I feel relief knowing I will have my needs covered in the event of an outage. Peace of mind is priceless! Thank you to the Jackery team of professionals.

Thanks. Purchased at an affordable price, delivered promptly in perfect condition.

Love this product amazing and I can plug any thing and everything into it

High quality and portable. Solidly built. Light weight for the amount of power it produces. Really like the portability and ability to use indoors. Nice addition to my power equipment. Great for camping and could be used at home to power a fridge and/or freezer for short outages. Also bought a 200 watt solar panel which recharges this unit pretty quickly.

Só far so good. I bought it for my outdoor shed I bought for an art studio. I was going to run power to it, but $2000 was a little too much for outlet’s in my opinion. This has worked perfectly so far.

Owner/Operator. The Jackery worked well all weekend at the Philly Home & Garden Show!!! Saved me from the $250 electric hookup charge for the weekend.

Jackery Explorer 1000 Portable Power Station

Works as it should

This is a great Jackery

Mr milton. The 1000 Jackie was great for my five days without power. It charged my fan. My Internet did everything I needed except run. My big refrigerator was a great help and keeping in contact with everybody with charging phones and stuff. Great job.

Tropical storm Helene. I bought my Explorer 1000 for truck camping, but I'm sure glad I had it. During a 24 power outage, I was able to use what I needed to make life a little more comfortable. Thanks Jackery!

3 items. All shipped separately

Jackery Explorer 1000 Portable Power Station

great customer service. love the unit took it camping. lasts a long time changing phones and running a fan. original order i put in wrong shipping address. customer service fixed the problem and communicated through out.

FABULOUS!! Best purchase this year!! I got a great deal on my 1000-watt Explorer during your recent sale…Bonus #1! About a week after I received my Jackery, we had a rare power outage that lasted over eight hours. I was able to have lights, fan, power for my WiFi, and charging for my phone and tablet! This great power station hasn’t even made it to my camper yet, but it’s a superstar in my home. JACKERY ROCKS!

Easy to use for a 71 year old senior. My second one. When I saw it was on sale, I snatched it up. I had purchased the solar panels when I bought the first one. I can use them for both since they will be compatible.

Great backup for power outage. Recently purchased a jackery and within a week our power went out. Was able to use the jackery to run the coffee maker. So nice to not have to run the generator to brew a pot of coffee. Definitely worth the cost

Bad customer service. Actually worst customer service!

Feel comfortable knowing we have emergency power. After Hurricane Beryl threatened power to our home, I purchased a Jackery Explorer 1000 to provide us backup power for basics like my partner’s CPAP machine. We feel confident to be able to handle any shortage of power with this product.

Fits perfect in my preparedness plan.

Love it! I live full time in a Van and charging it comes challenging sometimes. Now, I don’t use as much power from my batteries, having the Jackery, is to charge, lightweight, and awesome. I recently purchased 2 months ago.

Everything I was hoping for. I’ve used it on two trips so far and it’s given me everything I was hoping it would. Tons of power in camp and on the pontoon, and great options for recharging. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking to take your portable power to the next level.

Just plugged it in to charge it & it works like a charm….tech support is great too—keep up the good work!

Great service, great product. At this point, everything is super. I appreciate the ability to sell back my Jackery 500 and purchase a new Jackery 1000. Living in an area where you have hurricanes, Jackery products are needed.

Love the product great discount price. Wish it came with a carrying case. Solid design and very durable.

Money well spent. I love this device! Lightweight, easy to use, and easy to keep clean,

GREAT. This Jackery 1000 is the greatest power bank for my use. Easy to use and enough power to power my rv refrigerator and fan in my van conversation. Thanks Jackery! Joe Rangel P.S I now own Jackery 300,500 & 1000 plus 100watt solar panel!

Peace of Mind. This is my second Jackery purchase. I now own two. They give me peace of mind if my whole house generator - for some reason - doesn’t work, or if we run out of propane and can’t get a delivery for a couple of days. We live rurally. We experience loss of power a lot. Being prepared with my Jackerys is a no-brainer. I even got a friend who went from living to a house to an apartment to purchase a Jackery…just in case.

Just got the Jackery recently so I cannot speak to how it will perform in the long term but it works well and is not too heavy for this woman to carry

Sleek, Powerful Unit. The Model 1000 meets our camping needs. We use it to run our refrigerator as we travel between campgrounds with our converted cargo trailer.

Great product with plenty of power to do any task!

Mr. Sean. I purchased the Jackery (1000W) to take to Scout summer camp for my CPAP. It performed amazing. No issues at all. I could use it for three nights, charge my phones and light/fan before recharging. Highly recommended.

Jackery Explorer 1000 Portable Power Station

Sweet. Fun, easy to use.

Jackets 1000 storm saver. We had a storm that shut down power. My mother who is on an oxygen machine was able to run off power supply until power was restored.(3hrs.) Thank you Jackery.

The only complaint that I have, is that I never got a notice that it was shipping until I received confirmation from the shipping company. Not that big of a deal though. This is my second battery that I have purchased from Jackery and I love them.

Love it

The best portable generator I have. I bought a 4Patriot generator last year. Terrible. This time, I did my research and purchased Jackery. I’m so glad I did. In fact, I now have two.

Jackery Explorer 1000 Portable Power Station

Excellent power station, it’s hard to have a complaint about this product.

arrived on time

The Jackery is the perfect sidekick to make mobile laser engraving possible at events without electrical hookups. I am very satisfied with the performance of this device.

Jackery 1000 review. Review of Jackery 1000

Works as advertised

Excellent Choice. This is the second Jackery I purchased. I bought a 240 and now the 1000. Both are amazing and do a fantastic job.

So happy I bought this, I live in Ga and the summer heat and humidity is terrible! This is a life saver and allows me to plug up my fan when I’m doing outdoor markets during this time of year.

Love This Company. Ok, I haven't had my Jackery Explorer 1000 that long. I tested it out on a few items and it worked as advertised. When it was delivered, the Fed Ex man left it out in the rain when the covered porch was less than 10 feet away. I wrote to Jackery and they replied within a few days expressing concern, giving me a contact number, and later doing a follow up. I was highly impressed with being able to communicate easily and directly with this company. They will receive more business from me in the future.

Super Purchase - Service Experience. I purchased a Jackery Explorer 1000 portable power generator. The purchase from start to finish was quick and smooth. The company stayed in email touch with me from the moment of purchase to delivery. I appreciated they kept in touch with me. I live in Florida and made my purchase during our State Hurricane Tax Free 2-week-program and had absolutely no delay in getting reimbursed for State Taxes. I went online-chat with Jackery.com and followed their instructions. I am totally happy with my purchase.

Off grid cleaning. I purchased the Jackery Explorer 1000 for off grid cleaning and to use during power outages. So far it’s been able to hold charge at the longest for 2 days. That was running quite a bit of electronics. I saved up for the yearly Memorial Day sale and glad I did! I’ve said yes to 2 new clients who have hunting cabins that need some tlc. Charging batteries for my Milwaukee vacuum and blower while driving is a game changer. Lots of possibilities with this awesome battery pack!

Good for my TV. I use this to power my 55" TV on a rolling cart, which I move around my apartment. I've only used it for 2-3 hours at a time, and it stays above 40%. So it works for me!

Jackery Explorer 1000 Portable Power Station

Works great! I have bothered the 300 and 1000, we use the 1000 for coffe maker and my cpap! We use the 300 hundre to charge all re chargeable lights, phones, and computers!

Works as intended. Used it to power a coffee maker and a toaster, also a CPAP machine. After that recharged the battery with a couple of solar panels I already had. Everything worked perfect.

Fast service. Haven’t got to use it but for a short time. Came fast and I love my 300 so I am sure this will be great.

Their fantastic item this is the second one I bought 👍👍👍

Fabulous. Impressed, Handy, Really Happy and looking forward to doing more shopping with Jackery.
