The Traulsen TBC13-51 is a spec-line reach-in blast chiller with touch screen control. It provides 13 levels and holds (13) 18″x26″ pans or (26) 12″x20″x2″ pans to accommodate common sheet and hotel pans. The unit chills up to 200 lbs from 160°F to 40°F in 140 minutes. It features a dual self-contained refrigeration system, a stainless steel interior and exterior, and 4-1/8″ casters for mobility. This model is cETLus and NSF listed. Chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers can use its capacity and control interface to organize production, staging, and cooling steps within their workflow.
