I bought this for a cap back up. I have used it and now do not worry about power failure. The 1 thing that keep me from giving it 5 stars is there is no way to turn it on from the app. I know this is to save watts but it would be nice.

We are very happy to have our jackery 1000 plus . When we first got it we set it up and learned to use it . Luckily because a few days later a transformer blew and we woke to no electricity . It ran our coffee pot and we made coffee for the neighbors . Then about 2 weeks ago a drunk man driving a stolen moving truck took down all the power poles in our neighborhood in our small town . With temps over 90 in Texas heat once again Jackery 1000 plus steps up and after the neighbors consoladating frig and freezers together the Jackery 1000 plus ran them in rotation while hooked to the solar panel , We know we need another solar panel and a battery to run a small AC or heater when we can afford but the Jackery is well loved in our neighborhood !

Jackery doesn’t ship to Alaska. I bought 2 smart transfer switches. I had to ship them to someone in the lower 48 and then have them shipped to Alaska. That cost me an additional $340. Not cool.

Super expensive and low quality. Would not recommend. Now I’m stuck with a $3,000 loan for nothing. Thanks for nothing. Will not be buying. Ever. Again.

Lacks API. Poorly interfacable with smart homes. Inverter draws 30-40 watts when idle.

A little confusion on when the main generator was going to be actually delivered. Wiring tomorrow and we’ll see.

I purchased this Worry Free coverage when I purchased my HomePower 3600+. To me, this is a substantial cost, so I wanted to ensure that no way was I going to come out without a positive outcome on the delivery. Also, the shipping took longer than I expected, but I was not worried as I had the coverage. As it worked out, the 3600 unit was delivered in good condition. I recommend this coverage for purchases of substantial value.

Took the jackery1000 pkus an additional battery to the mountains two weekends in a row. Connected a portable cooler worked flawlessly. Didn't use up much battery life. Although only stayed in mountains for three days and still had 48% main battery and 84% secondary battery remaining.

Great product. Used it to power a pellet grill recently to smoke brickets overnight. Easy to maneuver and plenty of ports for chargers, speakers, and everything else I needed to get the job done! 14 hours smoking, grilling and entertaining used less than 40% of the battery. Awesome.

Very nice so far. Haven't pushed it hard yet. And I just got a SolarSaga panel that I still need to test out on the Explorer 300.

I have several pieces of Jackery equipment that will stand me in good stead if we have another serious hurricane. I had only one generator during Hurricane Milton which was enough to get me through the few days we were without power. I added some equipment, and then recently purchased an additional generator to bridge the time I will use solar recharge for the other pieces. The system is easy to operate and meets my needs well.

I love it! It is a great product. It is a smaller unit than I thought it would be so it’s less heavier than I thought it would be… I can’t think of any issues… I would just like to ask about the App does the data go to China? If so why? Just asking… I have not used the app but I did see those reviews on App Store

Great product. It’s definitely a great alternative to a noisy generator. I’m glad to have one.

It seemed as though nobody knew where my final item, the 3600 Plus was in the system. I kept getting different dates, like "next day" and found out it never left the warehouse. I don't know who dropped the ball, FedEx or Jackery. "What a Way to Run a Railroad as my dad used to say.

Just what I needed. Jackery 1500 v2 works great. We bought this to keep our coal stove going at night after we shutoff the propane generator. We lost power last week in this big storm and I had already plugged the unit into a wall outlet and the coal stove into the Jackery. When the power went out the coal stove never skipped a beat. Power came back on, ran the stove and charged the Jackery. Now I am just waiting for an electrician to come and connect the smart transfer switch and Jackery 5000.

Easy to use. Peace of mind. We bought to Jackery 3600 during the recent ice storm in Tennessee. We did not lose power but many around us did. We have propane fireplaces, so heat is not a problem, but now we will not be without lights and appliances. We did get the solar panels and they are easy to hook up and get charged. Now I am looking for an electrician to install the transfer switch to our panel, making it easy to use.

I love my new Jackery power station. I have three different models (300D, 1000v2, 2000v2) and they all work great. Highly recommended.

Huge power! Love this unit more than I though I would. Huge amount of power in a relatively small package. Don’t get me wrong, it’s still 60lbs+, but it holds so much power. I feel secure that I’ll be able to cover all my essential power needs during emergencies.

Once I was able to talk to someone to help me understand what exactly I needed and ordered it was helpful.

Good Follow Up by Jackery. This is an update to my original review, below. Jackery contacted me after they read this review, apologized for any confusion, and offered me a refund that more than covered the cost of the worry-free shopping add on. While I still would not have ordered this extra service, Jackery quickly made it right. I am impressed, both that they actually read the review and promptly took action to fix the problem. And the Explorer 5000 power generator and smart transfer switch that I ordered are quality items. I highly recommend the company. Original review: I did not ask for this and did not check any box that would have added it to my order. Worry free purchase seemed to be a mandatory add on that came at an extra cost and I could not delete it from the order. It provided absolutely no benefit other than extra reminders about the progress of the shipment, which duplicated what I already had. It was totally not needed.

Jackery SolarSaga 200W Solar Panel delivered on time and in very good condition. Panel tested day after delivery and works as advertised. Pleased with product and the purchase and delivery process.

Questions about solar saga cases. I was told by several representatives that cases are included but shipped separately, then I got a response that they aren't. Not sure who is right in discription says bag is included.

Haven’t used it much yet, but it will be set up for some camping in the summer, but right now, it’s on standby for when the power goes out!!

This solar generator is great. It arrived in a very well packaged box that kept everything protected. It was partially charged and I completed the charge in about 30 minutes. Both solar panels started charging as soon as I had them assembled. Very good product.

Fast shipping. Haven’t had to use the Jackery 3600 yet but everything looks good, we charged it to 100%, instructions seem clear and it’s ready when we need it. Bought during the Black Friday event and received it quickly and packaged wonderfully.

Solar Saga 200w. Bought this to use on my SOTS port. It works great. I’m able to reach sunlight with the additional 30’ cable, even when parked in the shade. The “solar target” makes maximizing your angle to the sun super easy. I would definitely recommend this solar panel!

First Jackery purchase. Great holiday pricing on Homepower 3000. Good capacity for short term backup solution. Disappointed that solar charging limited to 12 hours with disconnect before it'll restart. No auto start solor charging as sun rises. App details are limited.

Jackery 1000 - still too soon to get a good review. It’s different from the one that I got in ’23, easier to carry around and easier to read. We’ll see how it works once we start camping.

Perfect backup power supply for my Northern Lite truck camper when boondocking. After a couple of overcast days, I need to recharge my house batteries. Now I can maintain a charge for the house batteries by 2 additional days before breaking out my gas generator.

Seems fine. We plugged on out pellet stove for several hours and it sill Had plenty of power left when we disconnected. We have not had an emergency to use it yet

It took a few tries to get out solar500 panels at the best angle for maximum charging, but now the 3600 is running our back porch mini-fridge just fine on the daily. And it is holding is charge mostly while running it - as long as the sun is out.

Assurance. Insurance, peace of mind. We had a story a few weeks ago, our power was out for 9-1/2 hours! I have battery lanterns and extra blankets, but there is no sleeping when my 90 year old mother with dimesia wants to watch TV. I now feel confidence my Jackery 3600+ can power electric blankets, the TV, and lighting, as well as the refrigerator, and infra-red space heater. Thank you

Second Jackery Works As Indicated. This is our second jackery, we lost the solar panels for the first Jackery in Hurricane Helene when our house washed away, we had the battery but the solar panel washed away with everything else, so we needed to get another system, Great price great features, works like advertised.

Backup and Cost Reduction... I have been charging my Jackery 5000 system with two extra baterries (15,000 watts) during the day and switching to it during peak hours. So far, I have reduced my consumption. Although we are transitioning seasons and the weather is not that drastic, I can see that it will be very useful, and cost reductive, during the middle of summer and middle of winter.
