The warehouse sale sells discontinued and overstock pieces as final sale. The outlets sell floor models, open-box returns and gently used pieces in person. The everyday sale is discounted pricing on Rove’s website, and most of the discount goes to members. This guide explains each one using only what Rove’s own pages said when we checked them on 30 Sep 2026, so you know what you are signing up for before you buy.

The Rove Concepts warehouse sale
Rove’s Online Warehouse Sale page describes XROVE, a platform built around its warehouse sale events. Rove says customers pick up directly from the warehouse, which cuts delivery costs, and that each event has an unpredictable, ever-changing selection rather than Rove’s regular collections. It also describes an XROVE virtual warehouse sale so people outside the host cities can shop, with a sign-up for events near you.
The terms are the part to read carefully. Rove’s store policy and FAQ state that Online Warehouse Sale purchases are:
- All final sale.
- Sold as-is, including discontinued or overstock products.
Rove’s refund policy adds that Final Sale items are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged, and are covered by the Rove Limited Warranty for 90 calendar days only. That is a big difference from a regular in-stock purchase. Treat a warehouse sale piece as yours for good the moment you pay, and plan your own transport if you are picking up.
The Rove Concepts outlet stores
Rove’s locations page lists outlet stores in Los Angeles, San Diego (marked temporarily closed when we checked), Miami and Toronto, plus a showroom in Vancouver. The Los Angeles outlet page describes the format:
- Walk in during store hours, no appointment needed.
- A mix of discounted floor models, open-box returns and gently used pieces, up to 50% off.
- New arrivals added weekly, and each piece is one of a kind.
- Self-serve: staff can answer questions, but customers handle pickup and transportation.
On policies, Rove’s store policy says open box and outlet products sold through its separate Rove Outlet website follow that site’s own terms of sale, return policy and customer service, and that Rove’s standard policies do not apply. The outlet store page we read does not list a return policy, so ask about returns and warranty before you buy, and inspect the piece closely, since used and open-box items can have wear.
The regular Rove Concepts sale
Rove’s sale page lists each item with a member price and a regular price. A few examples from the page on 30 Sep 2026:

The pattern is clear: during a sale, members see a much lower price. Rove’s membership costs $250 a year according to its membership page, which at the time of writing advertises a limited-time 40% off plus a 25% voucher, with standard benefits of 25% off plus a 10% voucher afterward. Rove’s FAQ says the member discount also applies to sale and clearance items, that there is no member benefit on shipping, and that membership fees are non-refundable.
Rove sale fine print worth knowing
- Price adjustments: Rove’s store policy says coupons and discounts may be applied within 24 hours of ending, or up to 72 hours for price adjustments on orders already placed, including sale price adjustments. If a sale starts right after you order, ask quickly.
- One code per order: coupon codes and vouchers are limited to one per order.
- Gift cards: Rove gift cards can only be used on full-price items, not with member, sale or promo pricing.
- Shipping: Rove’s flat $159 standard shipping on orders up to $5,000 retail still applies, and it is calculated before discounts.
- Custom orders: a sale price does not change Rove’s custom order rules: full payment, a non-refundable $195 admin fee, and 14 to 20 weeks for orders placed from 26 Feb 2026.
Which option is right for you?
- You want a specific piece in a specific finish: the regular sale, ideally as a member if you are buying several pieces.
- You are flexible, live near an outlet and can haul furniture: the outlet, accepting one-of-a-kind stock and the outlet’s own return terms.
- You want the lowest price and can accept no returns: the warehouse sale, as long as you are comfortable with as-is condition and a 90-day warranty.
