Boost line efficiency with the Comstock-Castle FHP36-24-1RB, a countertop gas combination that merges a charbroiler and griddle in a compact 36″ x 28″ footprint. Grill proteins on the 12″ x 21″ charbroiler while searing eggs, pancakes, or vegetables on the 24″ x 21″ griddle to keep tickets moving during peak service.

Dial in production with three manual controls and 65,000 BTU of power. The charbroiler’s iron radiant and sloped-or-flat cast iron grates promote even heat and attractive grill marks, while the 3/4″-thick griddle plate retains heat for consistent searing and sautéing.

Operators will appreciate the stainless steel splash guards on three sides and insulated stainless steel sides that help contain mess and heat. Set on 5″ stainless steel legs for clearance and easy cleaning, this dual-surface workhorse is a smart fit for restaurants, concessions, and catering lines that need flexibility without sacrificing space.
